We may update rules where necessary. Continued membership means acceptance of those updates.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are payable as agreed at sign-up.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we are unable to provide the service.

Non-attendance does not pause, reduce, or cancel payments.

We do not monitor attendance levels.

3. Pricing and Fee Reviews

We may review and adjust membership fees from time to time.

This includes, but is not limited to, annual review in line with operational costs and inflation.

Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided before any changes take effect.

Continued membership after a change means acceptance of the updated fee.

If a payment fails:

  • We may retry collection

  • Access may be suspended until payment is resolved

  • All outstanding amounts remain payable

We may take reasonable steps to recover unpaid fees where necessary.

These closures are included within your membership pricing, which is calculated as an annual cost spread across monthly payments.

We may suspend or terminate membership where reasonably necessary, including:

  • Breach of academy rules

  • Non-payment

  • Any conduct that negatively affects the training environment

In serious cases, termination may take effect immediately.
