STRONG
Our S&C area is filled with lots of weights and equipment to supplement your martial arts training.
Including:
Dumbbells (2.5-50kgs), Kettlebells, and 300kgs+ plates, benches and a variety of bars
A crossfit rig
Resistance bands, battle ropes and sandbags.
GHD (Glute Ham Developer) machine, weight sled and 15m track with 15m monkey bars above it.

Originally designed as a training tool for cross-country skiers, the SkiErg has been embraced by the fitness community for its ability to work legs, core and arms in a smooth, continuous motion.Concept2 Rower

RECOVER
We’ve got our very own warm wellness machine - a 4 person Infrared Sauna.
Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they operate at a lower temperature, warming your body directly, meaning you get the benefits of a sauna without the extreme heat.
The supposed benefits include better sleep, relaxation, detoxification, weight loss, relief from sore muscles, relief from joint pain such as arthritis, clear and tighter skin, improved circulation, improved heart health, relief from chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms and more.

PROGRESS
Whether you specialise or decide to train in a few disciplines, we’ve got the space, equipment and facilities for you to progress.
Including:
Two large matted areas covering approximately 3500 sq ft.
A huge bag rack filled with punch bags waiting to be hit.
A large selection of Thai kick and belly pads.
Skipping ropes, cones, agility speed ladders etc.
A huge 15m padded wall for MMA wall/cage work.
