New to martial arts? Returning to training? Looking for a fresh start? You’re in the right place.
At Parity Martial Arts we offer classes for adults and teens aged 14+, from complete beginners to experienced competitors. Train in BJJ, MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Sumo, Hybrid Striking and more, with dedicated beginner and women only sessions also available.
For children aged 3 to 13, our structured classes help build confidence, focus, discipline and teamwork in a safe, friendly environment led by experienced coaches. Children can try BJJ, MMA, Striking (Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing) and Judo, with sessions adapted for age and ability.
